Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in Canada and the United States.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery time
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 8 to 15 business days.
Shipping rates
- Standard shipping: $12.00 CAD
- Free standard shipping on orders of $200.00 CAD or more, which includes every bundle of two or more rings

Until Sunday, October 25, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time, standard shipping is free on every order to Canada and the United States, including single rings. The discount is applied automatically at checkout. After that, the standard rates above apply.
All available options and their prices are shown at checkout before you pay. Prices are charged in Canadian dollars.
Duties and taxes
Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties or carrier fees, which are the customer's responsibility.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number.
Shipping protection
Optional, $5.00 CAD, added in your cart. Your order is fully covered against package loss, damage, or theft while in transit, with a hassle-free replacement or refund. Shipping protection is non-refundable once your order has shipped.
Address changes
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you need to change it, email us as soon as possible. We can't change the address once an order has shipped.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated in a while, or your parcel arrives damaged, email us at contacthabitful@gmail.com with your order number and we'll look into it.
