These terms apply to your use of this website and to any purchase you make from Rivo Ring. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Products

We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may appear slightly different on different screens. Specifications such as battery life are typical figures and vary with use.

Wellness use only

Rivo Ring is a wellness and lifestyle accessory. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Readings such as heart rate, blood oxygen and sleep data are estimates for general wellness insight, not clinical measurements, and should not be relied on for medical decisions. Speak to a healthcare professional about any health concerns.

Pricing and availability

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars. We may change prices, discounts or availability at any time. If an item is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, for example if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we'll refund you in full.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We don't store your full card details.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is covered by our shipping policy, and returns and refunds by our refund policy, including our 30-day money-back guarantee.

Third-party app

The ring works with the QRing app, which is provided by a third party and governed by its own terms and privacy policy.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
